At Folktattoo we are interested in everything that forms part of art created in a traditional way by artisans or members of an ethnic group. Not only tattooing, but also the objects and symbols that different cultures have used to decorate, mark, or identify the body throughout history.

Based in Barcelona, Ethnic Adornment brings together an extensive collection of antique and vintage ethnic and tribal jewelry, as well as other traditional adornments from different cultures. Many of these pieces have been acquired over the years through auction houses, private collections, and specialized dealers.
In our studio we will have a small selection of these pieces on display, along with detailed information about each one. If you are interested in this type of object, you are welcome to visit the studio and see them whenever you like.
We will periodically change the selection of pieces, presenting new objects from the collection.
